- Aperitif wine Cocchi Americano
- 20 ml
- アカハタ（海藻）を漬けたライウイスキー“テンプルトン ライ”（ジップロックに、ライウイスキー100mlと乾燥したアカハタ2.5gを入れ、60℃で2時間煮る）
- 8 ml
- Lemon twist

ミキシンググラスに、エンピリカル「THE PLUM, I SUPPOSE」、“コッキ アメリカーノ”、アカハタ（海藻）を漬けた“テンプルトン ライ”、氷３個ほど（分量外）を入れ、30回ほどステアする。
Pour EMPIRICAL "THE PLUM , I SUPPOSE", Cocchi Americano, TEMPLETON RYE into a mixing glass with 3 ice CUBES and stir almost 30 times.- 2
グラスに注ぎ、レモンピールを振りかけてグラスの中へ落とす。
Pour into a glass and twist a lemon peel over the drink, then put it into the drink.
