- Agave syrup

- Champagne

シェイカーに、エンピリカル「THE PLUM, I SUPPOSE」、アガベシロップ、水、エスプレッソ、氷（分量外）を入れてシェイクする。
Pour EMPIRICAL "THE PLUM, I SUPPOSE", agave syrup, water and espresso into a shaker with ice and shake well.- 2
ダブルストレイン（茶こしなどで漉しながら）でグラスに注ぐ。
Double strain into a glass.- 3
グラスにシャンパーニュを注ぎ、コーヒー豆を中央に落とす。
Add champagne and garnish with a coffee bean.
