- アペリティフワイン“コッキ アメリカーノ” Aperitif Wine Cocchi Americano
- 20 ml
- シェリー（フィノ）Sherry (FINO)Cynar
- 20 ml
- 薬草系リキュール“チナール” Cynar
- 5 ml
- Grapefruit twist

Method

ミキシンググラスに氷を入れて冷やしておく。
Put ice into a mixing glass and let it cool.- 2
グラスに、エンピリカル「THE PLUM, I SUPPOSE」、シェリー、“コッキ アメリカーノ”、“チナール”を入れてかき混ぜる。
Pour EMPIRICAL "THE PLUM, I SUPPOSE", Sherry , Cocchi Americano and Cynar into a glass and stir.- 3
１の水を切り、2を注いでステアする。
Drain the water of step 1 and pour step 2 into the mixing glass, then stir.- 4
グラスに注ぎ、グレープフルーツピールを振りかける。
Pour into a glass and twist a grapefruit peel over the drink.
