45 ml
Lime juice
1tsp
さとうきび（約25cm）の搾り汁 Squeeze juice from sugarcane
60~75 ml

Method

グラスに氷を入れて冷やしておく。
Put ice into a coupe and let it cool.

圧搾機にさとうきびを通して、ジュースを搾る。
Squeeze juice from a sugarcane using a presser.

シェイカーに、1とエンピリカル「AYUUK」、ライムジュース、氷を入れてシェイクする。
Put Sugarcane juice, EMPIRICAL AYUUK and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake well.

4

Get rid of the ice in the coupe and pour into the chilled coupe.
