Bitters of Orange and Mandarin

Foam of plum

Method

氷を入れたシェイカーに梅酒のアイレ以外の材料を入れシェイク。
Shake all ingredients except foam of plum.

グラスに注ぎ梅酒のアイレを浮かべる。
Pour into a glass and put foam of plum on top of the cocktail.
